Green Grove has been great. We were very close to moving out this coming May but the staff made it very easy for us to extend our lease another year and made it clear that they would LOVE to have us stay. The grounds are clean, the walls appear to be thick (i don't really hear my neighbors much at all) the apartments themselves are pretty well kept and the few times I've had to ask for a repair they were made within the week. There's always parking available. The internet can be spotty but... that's just the nature of internet in my honest opinion. For the price Green Grove offers, the service and quality of the living spaces hold up. I'm glad we can stay at LEAST another year.

I don't rent here but I applied today and did a walk around the apartment and the complex and loved it manager and grounds worker were very nice and answered all questions we had hoping to get approved and be able to live here for along time super excited.

I am going on 5 years here at Green grove. Our family has really enjoyed it. The management teams have been great to us. Lately we have had some maintenance issues and Liz has been really attentive to getting them fixed. Its always nice to have apartment managers that care about our needs and concerns. This has been a great place for our children and management has made it that way.

I've lived at Green Grove for over 4 years now. I love the accessibility to the freeway, the close proximity to my work (American Fork Hospital), and the front office gals. They've been extremely helpful with every issue I've had. Awhile ago, I was looking to relocate further North; and between all the hidden fees, the monthly payments ended up being grossly over my budget. With a little flick of their wands, Lisa & Tanya worked their magic so I was able to stay, paying a whopping six hundred dollars less than I would have if moved. I live on the 3rd floor and the vaulted ceilings make the place look massive, plus it gives me more room to hang my art. One complaint is some of the neighbors are slightly ratchet, but the apartments themselves more than make up for it.

I am looking for a new apartment, I have switched jobs and want to move closer to my new one. I went Yesterday to look at the apartments and Lisa the office manager was very friendly, she answered all my questions. The apartment I was shown was clean and had a very nice layout!

Green Grove Apartment is a great community I have lived at the community for quite a while. The office staff is great and I do appreciate good management and Maintenance staffs. I have had very few problems with my apartment built-in furniture but most problems have been taken care of. That’s why I said this is a good apartment if you trying to find a good place to live.

Happy to be here. There is a good manager here. This is a gated complex in SE Bakersfield. I have lived here for long enought to know that this place is a lot better than the previous years reviews suggest. It's a new manager and new management company for the past year. Family friendly. This is not a 5 star property, instead it had the five star rating for the items listed in the title. Like I said, happy to be here and enjoying life.
