My car have been side swiped twice There is NO parking You have to park outside and walk a quarter mile to your apartment RIDICULOUS!!!!!! contract says you get one open parking FIRST COME FIRST SERVE But u dont! Because there are all reserve now! Its a violation of my contract!!!!

I have lived here only one month a crazy lady broke all my windows from my rooms violent neighbor hood manager privilege people. I donât fell save here any more. I like to cancel my contract but they said because I bring so many guess at pool it was my fault, I was the victim here what happened with the manager, more over kids play after hours late night hit my windows with the ball, to much noise parking problem, homeless all times people still food, no respects other life sad place to liveð¥ºð¢ð¢â¹ï¸ð¡ð³ðð¥ºð¥ºð¥ºððð¼ðð¼

Worst apartment complex ever i seen itâs just aa year we moved here but we are suffering so many problems already. Parking issues, no security enterance gate always remains open homeless people always comes inside the building and people do drunk and drive and 2 times other person hits my car and apartment manager said she canât do nothing because they donât have a cameras on that side of the parking . People being aggressive towards others.ð¡ð¡ð¡ð¡ Itâs really a worst experience ever. I am gonna move out asa my lease done but i am still finding someone can cover my lease and i can move bcz itâs really worst . Someone broke my car mirror as well and steel my paperwork from inside .

They are nice I guess and the keep it sort of clean but I will say this place gives slumlord vibes every day all day. They painted over mold instead of dealing with it, we have some kind of plant life growing from under the baseboard we've been complaining about for months that wasn't dealt with until recently when my roommates were thinking about withholding rent because of the BLACK MOLD AND VEGETATION GROWING IN The WALLS.. the laundry reloading machine is in the office and I get that's because it's been broke into before but if you're going to do that and make it cash only so we cannot load our laundry cards online like I've been offered at apartments I've lived in before then you need to make sure you guys are actually sticking to your office hours because it's not fair that most people don't get paid until Friday and when we go down there at any given point on any Friday it is NOT even likely there will be someone in the office Which means we can't load the laundry card until Monday which is not good in 115 degree weather if i need my work clothes to be nice and presentable and not smelly.. ita really uncool and unprofessional for the office staff to take off around lunch on Fridays knowing they are supposed to be here til 530 and we wont be able to load the cards til monday that's honestly my biggest pet peeve right now because it happens ALL THE TIME and why would i take my laundry to a laundry mat when we have a landry room here i was planning on using if the staff was in the office when they were literally supposed to be and there's more than one of them so if they need to go out on the property for something why can't one of them stay in the office for those of us that will need someone there and if there's not more than one of them on that day how about just not leaving early for the entire day please and thank you?

I have been living at this place for 3 years now and I am happy to live in this small community, where the kids can have fun at the playground or at the pool. Also the manager, Cristina is super helpful and she is always happy and willing to help at any needs, she is a good listener and she makes sure the residents follow the rules. She always welcomes everyone that enters the office. She is on top of everything. I love her energy and her passion to her job. The apartments are so renovated that they look like new. I really recommend living here at Serena Vista Apartments.

I live at Serena Vista for six years The manager Christine is very friendly and kind when something is wrong in my apartment maintenance takes care of it right away very friendly and clean environment
