This apartment is not as advertised. after management leaves at 5:30 PM the children and adults do not follow the rules that are in the leasing agreement. Children are loud, unsupervised, destroying property, and older children bully the younger kids by cursing them out and intimidating them with their size. We have explicit graffiti on the floor and trash can wall for a month over. They have not removed the graffiti of the pen*s or curse words. the trash can is overflowing with garbage leaving garbage blowing on the play area and the surrounding area. You can hear children and adults clear as day at 1:00 in the morning bumping loud music and the children screaming and causing chaos. Serena Vista isn't well managed and there is no one on the property after 5:30 PM to enforce rules. Some parents don't even allow their younger kids to play on the pay structure due to the older children bullying and harassing. It is advertised as a community, but it is far from one.

I love living here. The office personal is always helpful and I never wait long to get things fixed in my apartment. The new matinence staff is amazing.

I've have lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and GGA has been by far the best of all. These is my personal opinion about them: PROS: Great management. They're very friendly and supportive. Before they give you the keys to live in, a walk through is required. They inspect every inch of the apartment with you in case you have any questions or anything needs to be fixed. When we moved in everything was operable and clean. Mike, the handyman, is amazing. He's very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. When I needed something to be fixed, I just sent a text message to management and Mike is usually there within the first 25 to 30 minutes after I put the request. That's very impressive! The neighbors are also nice and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my kids to play at the playground by themselves but we never had any inconveniences by having them playing with other kids in the complex. CONS: internet is really slow. On average, i was getting about 15 mbps. That was enough for my kids to watch Netflix or to surf on the internet. I know they are working on getting a faster internet but at this moment, that's the best you can get. Again, my family and I had a great experience by living here at GGA. I totally recommend GGA to families that are looking for a family oriented and affordable apartment complex.

On a scale of 1 to 10.. 1 being worst and 10 being best I would rate Green Grove to be an 11! The office staff... Lisa and Leaha have always been very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff, headed by Mike, has always made sure that any repair requests have been completed in a thorough and timely manner. The staff here have made this to be a family orientated community. In the summer the pool is always kept very clean and in proper working order and safe for everyone to enjoy. The grounds are kept clean and kept up. Yes the trash areas are sometimes a little too full but every effort is made to keep up with them. I live near a dumpster area so I see how much effort is made. Unfortunately every complex has a few residents that can't comply. Kids are sent to empty trash that can't or won't take the time to get trash into the bins. I have seen Mike and his assistant several times a day make sure it is not an eye sore. I have great neighbors!! I have never had any problems and thoroughly enjoy my residency here.

Just letting everyone know about these apartments they are no good there at all , they charge for water , trash , sewer , $910 is not a good deal for a 2 bedroom so too anyone that are wanting to get these apartments don’t do it I am being honest just waiting for the least to be over so we can leave

Amazing Leasing Agents, beautiful community. A blessing to know and be a part of this community. Clean, access to freeway , stores etc.

Went to visit family, no place to park, all the trash cans were overflowing. This was a few weeks before Christmas. Pretty much a dump. The Internet thy pay for extra speed was no faster than low grade 3G or DSL from 10 years go. Donât bother.
