By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. Living here at Serena Vista apts has been a great experience. The managers are very nice and have been more than courteous to my family. The staff is very helpful as well. Any issus we had in the apt the staff and manager were prompt and attentive. It's also quiet and clean so that's a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff here are great, very informative! Trying to relocate to Bakersfield with my new employment and I have to say I the ladies in office were very understanding of my situation and I'm hopeful to be able to move in next month. ???

I lived there for a year and a half. (Had extended my lease) and i couldn't be happier to be in a new place!! These apartments are low income, and FEEL like it. (Not like other places) I had terrible neighbors. Very loud, smoked weed, abusive . I didnt feel safe there. The grounds were not well kept at all. And do their best to scam you out of all your money. Forced to have an internet AND cable package. I didnt need cable , and nobody helped me even set it up after multiple requests. When I moved out, i made sure i was leaving on good terms. No extra fees, the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in, and they still are charging me ridiculous fees. I'm glad Ive moved, as I can see how an apartment complex should be ran and taken care of.

Internet goes out and it seems like every other month and it takes them a few days to get it up and going. Pool open up for only a few weeks and it has been closed cause they don't want to hire a pool person to make sure everything is working right . Garbage is always full. Parking is horrible. Stairwell case is always dirty. When it snows all they put out there is the Ice Away but they dont have no one in maintance that will remove the ice, so please be careful not to fall down. their cleaning crew that cleans after you move are pretty crappy people. Police visit this place quite often. Rent went up and still having all this issues. Oh me oh my. I am not sure if I am the only one with these issues.
