READ THE END!!! I can’t wait until our lease is over. These apartments are INFESTED with roaches and spiders. Issues with units aren’t kept up well by management. Always have leaks, pests, nothing ever gets fixed just covered up for the moment. Appliance old and barely work. Carpets were old and disgusting when we moved in smh. Only rating one star because zero isn’t an option. The price is right but it’s still not worth what you’ll be living with. Ok adding more to this review, I had an AWFUL encounter with maintenance who was rude and unprofessional. I asked him to leave multiple times when it was clear he wasn’t helping me and he didn’t, I had to get my husband to get him to leave and even at that he still didn’t completely leave out my door. All because my fridge motor went out and my freezer wasn’t cool anymore he said, ” how do I know you didn’t just put water in the ice trays... “. I can’t write enough about the frustration of living here.

We love our apartment! Corinne went above and beyond to help us get our new home, and worked with our situation. The management here is compassionate and caring and quick to solve any problems. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, I'm so glad that we found our home here!

Our new apartment is awesome! They gave us new carpet, new paint, new floor boards. They got us in quickly and management has been extremely helpful with our move in. The apartment grounds are ACTUALLY clean, not just what the pictures show online.

this apartment is disgusting. we keep having to call to complain about pest and all they keep doing is blaming it on the upstairs neighbors and saying that they were unaware of the issue. and they expect you to live with pest.and not complain.
