We are very disappointed with these apartments, and if we could move we would in a second. They have no compassion for the tenants, during the pandemic they were quick to raise rents, gave no grace for late payments, raised the price for the washer and dryers twice but fail to maintain them, the utilities they charge are extremely high and keep going up, I could go on but if you are looking for a nice place to live with caring owners and management don't make this your home.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to live charge you for any service like trash, water just to many fees plus no washer dryer hookups and rents way to high 900 and fees on the side Before you move make sure they give everything all screens to windows never gave me the rest of the screens ended up charging me

Nice place to live but Not too secure people braking into cars and no security cameras were the cars are parked the owner is gonna need to put some cameras or something

Pest infested, old, leaky, BLACK MOLD IN UNITS, trash left on the floor around the property, I can write a list that will blow your mind.. save your health...

I have lived here 7 years and as far as I'm concerned it is the best apartment in the area. Is it absolutely perfect? No, but no place is. The important part to me is that management is always involved and willing to fix any problem that arises. When I was looking for an apartment the major pluses for me was that appliances were included and you have gated parking. The management is compassionate and works with you. As far as pests, there is pest control that you can sign up for every month free of charge if you are so inclined. There is also a pool and laundry room on site. I also love the community feeling. They have a afterschool program and events for the residents at the main office club house. The feeling of knowing your neighbor has been lost in our fast pace world and I feel like Serena Vista apartment management brings this back.
